I created this space for all women of all ages. Whether it be midlife, heading into Perimenopause or coming out the end to Postmenopause. For those who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more in control of their health and wellbeing as they age.
As a Health & Menopause Coach, certified with HCANZA, my approach is grounded in lived experience: breaking old patterns, choosing healthier paths, and rebuilding after difficult chapters. I understand the unique challenges women face at this stage of life, and how powerful it is when we decide we’re ready to reset — to move from stuck to started and age strong with confidence.
